Yes, you can add your restaurant, but it is always best to state your affiliation with any establishment with which you have a connection.  Especially if you get a bad review or rating from a patron: respond in an appropriate fashion, and readers can make informed decisions about their dining choices.

Can I make suggestions concerning certain dishes served at a particular restaurant?
Absolutely, and any owner, chef would be silly not to accept the challenge of a foodie who posts a suggestion for improving upon a dish or suggesting a new menu item!

What if I got sick from the food at a particular restaurant?
By all means, let everyone else know the details.  Truth is an absolute defense.If it is a one time event, or an aberration, the owner of that establishment has every opportunity to respond to your post.
