Want to lighten the load when hanging out in bars with friends?

1. Start by ordering pitcher of beer instead of by the glass whenever possible.
2. Run a tab or give bartender your credit card. this way you pay only once and leave only 1 tip. If you keep paying for every round, you end up tipping way too much.
3. Order by the bottle of wine, not the glass (see #1)
4. Eat a meal prior to hitting the bars.
5. Slow down. Don’t try to keep up with anyone. Go at a comfortable pace and save yourself some money.
6. If you are drinking to excess, buy the cheap stuff.
7. Bring a sum certain amount of cash and do not bring your ATM card!! (ATM fees at bars are outrageous)
Hit the bars, hang with friends and save some money!!
