We created this website for college students and campus visitors (parents, friends, family members) who would like to know the inside scoop of what's around the campus. The need to find off campus dining spots is always present and any inside information on where to go and where not to go is always needed and appreciated. Our goal is to be the source for that inside information about college restaurants and bars.

With the knowledge the students had collected over the past years spent on campus, they are happy to share it with the new students and campus travelers by offering unbiased restaurant and bar reviews for off campus food and drink.

How is UofEating.com different from other restaurant review sites?

This is where you will find thousands of restaurants and bars. Listed and reviewed, just like all the other restaurant review sites. BUT, unlike all the other review sites, we don't just give you a list, or some random reviewer. We give you the insiders guide, by campus and by cuisine, to help satisfy that midnight pizza craving. How about that impress a new date dilemma, we have the answer, right around your college campus.

Here you can create your own private groups to discuss who, what, where, how and when of the dining and drinking scene around your campus. And, you can keep all photos and videos that you upload private, without fear of mass marketing sales interference, or future embarrassment, because, only you have access to members of your group.

Some very funny things happen late at night, and you want to share it with your peeps, go right ahead, when you create and keep your group private. Sometimes you have a waiter that is rude or disrespectful and you want to let the entire community know, go right ahead and post a comment on the open comments page.
